Common Questions

FAQs

How often should draft beer lines be cleaned?

The Brewers Association recommends cleaning draft lines every two weeks. Regular cleaning prevents bacteria and yeast buildup that affects beer quality and can damage equipment.

What is a glycol system and do I need one?

A glycol cooling system circulates chilled glycol through your beer lines to maintain proper serving temperature over long distances. If your keg cooler is more than 25 feet from your taps, you likely need one.

Can you install a draft system in a new bar build-out?

Yes. We work with contractors and bar owners during construction to design and install draft systems from the ground up, including all rough-in work.

My beer is coming out foamy — what's wrong?

Foamy beer is usually caused by temperature issues, incorrect CO2 pressure, dirty lines, or a faulty faucet. Call us and we'll diagnose and fix it quickly.
